Sutton Inn, Clarksburg

They did not inform me that their internet will not work with Dell computers, and there is no complementary computer to use either! The carpet was very dirty, and had a lot of stains. I was woke up the second night by the police dragging someone out of the room next to mine-- what a headache! The price was cheap, but it was still too much for the condition of the place.

The oilfield has taken over all hotels in the Clarksburg, WV area. It is very difficult to find a hotel in the Clarksburg, WV area. Plan your trip in advance. I couldn't find another hotel in the area and had to settle for this one. I should've slept in my car. When I first walked into my room it smelled like human piss, no lie. I couldn't tell if it was in the floor or bed. I stripped the blankets back on my bed and found blood stains on one of my pillows, no lie. Want internet service? Good luck! You'll be in and out of service all night. Try getting help from the main desk. Good luck with that one too! Nice people though. I don't want to rate this hotel with any stars. What is the reverse of stars? This hotel should have a negative rating. Oh, and try to get them to fax a copy of your receipt to you. They will charge you $10.00. Any way to make a little extra money. Stay Away From This Hotel.

Our rooms were clean, light, comfortable, and very reasonable. Breakfast was ideal to start us on our way the next day. Finally, someone knows what most travelers need. Thank you, Sutton Inn!!!

Great for the price. It was not a vacation but it was a good nights sleep on a long trip. Anything you want to eat is close so for the picky eater walk over to the LJS/AW and then hit the poker machines.. or i mean.. nevermind!
