The GM told me "I did not see, I can not do nothing" when I filed a complaint about my neighbors threatening and harassing me!!!!

1. Our room has a large stain that looks as if they never tried to clean. 2. Needed extra towels, they had none until late at night. 3. No one at the desk when we needed them at 6:30am to fix the toilet, when they came in I had to plunge it myself. 4. The maid spilled orange juice on the tablecloth, the same tablecloth was being used 3 days later when we checked out. Also, there napkins with OJ on it 2 days later. 5. At 7am on the third morning, no one was in yet to set up breakfast, not until 7:15. 6. They do not have a pool, elevator, or a lodge to sit in.

Great place to stay. Close to DC and all neighbouring tourist attractions. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that our stay was a good one. Very helpful in giving directions, where to eat, shop and sightsee. We accidentally left a travelers' check on the bed, came back, the room had been cleaned and the check placed on the bed. You don't find that kind of honesty to often. We were more than appreciative. Could tell that they had made improvements but could use some paint for the walls. Free parking was definitely a plus. Overall, we had a great time there. For the modest price and amenities this hotel is a great place to stay.
