The décor horrendous, the service from the "staff" was nonexistent, the room had stained sheets and dirty silverware that we called for 3 times before we received slightly less stained bedsheets and they just took a damp cloth and wiped the silverware off. We asked to speak to the owner, Roger, and he was very rude and said that we were being unreasonable to ask for "brand new" linens on the bed.
Needless to say, we left and went to the Inn at Essex. Wonderful experience there.
