Great service AND comfy beds!
By Sarah, 1/6/10
My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay here. They are located just off the PA Turnpike which was great for us. The room was very clean (this is a pet friendly hotel but you could tell that Housekeeping is VERY thorough...no pet hair or dog odor to be found), beds were so comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We really liked that there was a great variety--omelets, bacon, potatoes, fruit, cereal AND a waffle maker. Front desk and breakfast staff was excellent as well; we asked the front desk for directions and restaurant recommendations and they were very helpful. All in all a great standard hotel if you're looking for a comfy bed, nice staff and good breakfast. Only downside is that there is no on-site gym.

dont ever stay here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/19/08
dont ever stay here the service sucks and the sheets are dirty they have dog hair on the sheets and blankets and towels have spots on them. the detergent they are using does not work.the staff there is terrible. before arriving i called the hotel numerous times to confirm my stay and no one answered the phone when i arrived the front desk associate was up front she had a attitude because she had to assist us while in the corner on the computer. Once I asked her who was the manager on duty she then began to be nice to us.her name was alysia.she checked us in a room on the 3rd floor that had a terrible odor like there was a bad diaper.once in the room we noticed on the one bed hair on the blankets and staines n the towels. My husband and i were too tired to try and go to another hotel. When I went down to ask her to schedule a wake up call again I sat there for a few minutes before she noticed me because she was on a computer talking on her cell phone and than she realized i was there and than assisted me.As soon as morning hit we left asap due to the bad odor, terrible service.I believe she needs fully trained. I can say the next morning the front desk employees were very very helpful.

Will not go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/22/06
We have stayed at other Hamptons and have generally been pleased. This was a huge disappointment. We had traveled for over 6 hours and my children were so upset because they did not have an indoor pool. I asked if we could check out and go across the street to another hotel. They would not let us cancel our room even though we had put our luggage in the room. If you turn the heater on, it ran full blast and you sweat. We had to leave it off and freeze. The staff was very unpleasant and were more worried about their 1 night committment verses customer satisfaction. It's all about the money. 11/21/2006

Dirty and overpriced
We had so looked forward to visiting family in the area, and staying at this hotel. Other Hampton Inn's across the country had always delighted us! As soon as we were in the front doors we knew that this was NOT like any other Hampton we had stayed at before. We immediately noticed the smell of dampness and mildew as soonas we walked in, and the decor was outdated, ugle actually. My husband noticed that the wall paper in our room as peeling and appeared water damaged. By the end of the first night of our stay, we were both suffering horrible sinus headaches! The staff at the front desk stared at us blankly when we mentioned the water damage, and were of no help at all. We asked to speak to a manager, who proceeded to evade our questions with a very put upon attitude. It was a horrible Hampton experience, and we checked out two days early, opting to stay elsewhere for the remainder of our visit. Attempts to contact Hilton about our concerns have not been handled seriously.
