Hilton Toledo, Toledo

I booked the romance suite ahead of time as a surprise for my husband. I wasn't able to check-in before we got there and I wanted it to be a complete surprise. The staff was Excellent in helping me keep it a surprise. They told me to ask for a site visit and they showed us a room just to see what they look like..and VIOLA they took us right to our suite which was set up with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! My husband was so surprised! We also had a complimentary breakfast in the morning which was included with our romance suite! We had an amazing time and plan to go back soon!

Not an off-the-exit bland experience. Beautiful lobby, nice and clean room, good pool and exercise area. Wonderful restaurant. We stayed there with my 5-year old son and he had a great time, as did the grown-ups. There was a college football team staying at the hotel the night we were there, but it was completely quiet and you never would have known (except when we saw them in the lobby in the morning).

very nice, efficient, courteous service. clean room. convenient location. good value. what else is there to say? also, free internet, a nice pool, good restaurant and tunnel access to the hospital

What is there to say. This hotel was great. It was right were we needed to be. The only thing I had a problem was the room service. We had a very long car trip and when we got there late at night we did not get room service because it was not available. The next morning we went to breakfast it was very good. I would definitly stay there again! I do suggest it. The people at the front desk were super nice. The beds in the room were not all that comfortable. The room was very clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The shampoo and conditioner was awesome. The lights in the room were very nice. The pool was very clean. The restuarant (it was called 33) was very fancy but affordable. I just wish the room service was open later. The parking was very accesible. The whole entire hotel was so clean. We had a doctors appointment next door and it was very convinient there was even a shuttle to go where we needed. Also there was high speed internet access(for those of you buisness people). If you are going to Toledo, do yourslef a favor and stay at this hotel! I can't wait to go back!

Very nice hotel, has a restaurant inside (get the BBQ burger and fries) located near restaurants, public transportation, shopping and for us military types there's a VA and medical facility across the street. Yes there is internet service, no it's not free and it's not as hi-speed as I thought it to be (dial-up would've been a better option). Personnel were nice, cordial, and helpful in every aspect. Highly recommend!
