Where do i start? You get NO shampoo, or tissues. The towels are way too small. The pillows are flatter than pancakes. You feel EVERY spring in the bed. The sheets and blankets are filthy. The floors were disgusting.
One couple in our party got locked out of their room at 11pm. The hotel staff brought in a locksmith that could not open the door by 1 am in the morning. The staff di give the couple a room at no charge, but their belongings were locked in their room. The staff did offer to buy whatever they needed. But since they needed clothes, all stores were closed except rite-aid so they had to sleep in their clothes from that day.
A locksmith was to be out at 8:30 the next morning, but didn't arrive untill 11:30. It took this guy 5 minutes to get into the room.
Some staff members were fine to deal with, but others were not very helpful.
We did get our money back from the stay in this dumpster of a hotel.
I would stay at the belhurst castle, hampton or ramada next time. The cost is almost double, but well worth it.
There is only coffee and tea for breakfast. There is a wendy's next door to this joint.
A member of our party wanted the corp phone number to complain to, and the lady behind the counter was resistant to give it to us. After she gave it up, she said that no one will be in to answer, BUT there was someone there and they happily took the complaint.
STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE FILTH
