The location I have to admit was extremely handy. It was close to everything (Beacon Hill) and the overall look of the area was beautiful. But that was about it. The apartment was on the old side, not very well taken care of. The drainage of the sink is not great and having to call for various services to troubleshoot some issues within the first few days of my stay was not what I was expecting. Having paid so much to be staying in the apartment I was expecting at least the basic facilities (power, internet) to be checked before a new tenant came in to stay. Overall not very good value for money. I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

We stayed at an apartment at 755 Boylston Street and loved it! There were 7 of us staying in a 2 bedroom apartment for a four day conference, and this was the perfect location for us. The apartment was large, comfortable, clean, and offered all of the amenities we could have needed - it was as described from the description, and nicer than we had hoped for! We had a great time, and wanted to spend more time in the apartment than at the conference because it was so wonderful! The location in Boston gave us easy access to all of the wonderful sights of the city, as well. The price was also great - we saved money by staying here rather than at a hotel! The only major drawback about the agency is I was often frustrated by my correspondence with them before we arrived for our stay. Emails with questions were not answered promptly (sometimes not at all), and while we were able to get our questions answered via phone, the staff was not the most helpful. It made me nervous about the quality of the agency, but in the end I was highly pleased with it. If you can stand to navigate the sometimes difficult customer service, I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at one of the Back Bay apartments. The locations was great but the service was very poor. They provided one trash bag and a few towels to last the four of us over four nights. Calls to management went unanswered.

Great location and clean apartment. On our first night, we left a message at 11:50pm on the agency's voicemail service complaining about a very loud party going on next door. It was in another building, but the noise travelled through the brick wall of our bedroom. My mohter and I had to move the mattress into the living room because we couldn't sleep. The next morning, I called the office and the worker denied getting a message and asked if the noise was still going on. As it was 10am and the party went late into the evening, there was no longer any noise. I did not expect the agency to take responsibility for the noise, but got no sympathy, offer of a discount or offer of a move. She merely said that they have never received a complaint before. I paid $200 for an apartment so we could relax and have more room than a hotel, not to sleep on a mattress on the floor.

I have to share a great experience with the Bed and Breakfast Agency of Boston. I searched the web thoroughly for a romantic and private location in Boston to propose to my girlfriend. I secured a furnished suite at the Christopher in the Sound End online and site unseen. I have to admit I was a little nervous, that is until I arrived! The B&B Agency accurately described the premises, which were terrific! The unit was in a historic brownstone and in a fantastic neighborhood. My unit was nicely furnished, clean and right in the heart of the City. In my opinion they provide a really great service at an affordable rate. All in all it was a fantastic experience and my girlfriend said YES!!! I would absolutely recommend the B&B Agency!!

We had a confirmation of a lovely apartment in the heart of the city a month before our arrival date. We were changed to a different location the night before (6 blocks further away from our confirmed location) we were to arrive. Discovered that the new location was a shocking apartment 5 flights up on a winding staircase. Complained and were changed to another accomodation even further away with leaking ceilings, broken shower curtain and washing machine. Not much sympathy from the agency. Would not recommend using.

My family of 4 stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment on Beacon Street for a one week vacation in Boston. We were very pleased with the excellent location (right next to the Commons and Charles River) and even more with the spacious and tastefully decorated duplex apartment. We looked forward to coming "home" (instead of a hotel room) after long days of sightseeing. While I highly recommend the B&B Agency for family trips such as ours I also think it would be perfect option for a romantic weekend getaway which is exactly what i will be booking next for my upcoming 20th year wedding anniversary....

My husband and I stayed in the studio apartment in Back Bay for 3 days in July 05. The location was good, but the apartment was drab and dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and on the linens, mold on the shower curtain, walls needed painting, toothbrush holder was coming out of the wall, dirty coffee machine and cheap towels. When I walked across the room, I had to clean the dirt off my feet before I could get in the bed. The price was decent, but since the apartment was dirty it made the experience disappointing.
