Both have wonderfully appointed guestrooms and/or suites with great comfortable beds, updated rooms, amenities and services. Many rooms and suites have private entrances and outdoor seating areas at the 8 North Water St. property. No breakfast is served and no interior public space is provided to reduce possible noise. For those who seek privacy rather than a bed and breakfast atmosphere. Each room and suite is unique. The 4 Step Lane property has been reserved as a triplex by many guests seeking privacy with three large bedrooms, a large living room and a covered porch.
