A very pleasant surprise...

We had read a negative review about this hotel, but our family stayed here three nights during Christmas 2008 and were very pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and the friendly helpfulness of the staff--and, oh yes, the wonderful complimentary cook-your-own breakfast waffles and beverages. The best part: their seasonal rate was much lower than the nearby competition. We learned that the facility got a new manager and staff about a year ago, so to Jeannine and all: Thanks, keep up the good work!

We'll never go back

My husband checked in, went to the room, found the bed disheveled, dirty towels on the floor and a dirty room. The clerk didn't appear to care and he immediately checked out.
