Book us for the next 10 years!

I hestitate to rave about Poipu Plantation B&B because I want to be assured I can get a room here in the future!
My new husband and I stayed in the Ali'i suite for our honeymoon. The B&B was beyond our expectations. When we walked into our room, leis and flowers greeted us. Our room was furnished with good-quality antique reproduction furniture. Give us a good bed and we are happy; the king 4-poster bed was beautiful and comfortable. This B&B is a plantation house from the 1930's and still has the gorgeous thin-slat hardwood floors.
More importantly, the service and personal touches created an atmosphere of olden-day hospitality. Jabid, the manager, greeted us each morning with a bow and invited us to sit on the huge screened porch for coffee. Breakfast was around a large table, set impecabbly with fresh flowers every day. The food was outstanding. Fruit was beautifully cut and presented daily and a variety of omelets and pastries topped the meal. After breakfast when we returned to our room, our bed was made and flowers were sprinkled throughout the suite.
We booked again next year; although, this time we booked a less expensive room. You might check on the rates because the average cost is now more than $100.00 a night. However, our friends paid $300.00 a night for a one-bedroom suite with not nearly the character that Poipu Plantation has.
