Knights Inn Hinesville, Hinesville

Hi I stayed 1-4-2010-1-9-2010 those little bugs was bed bugs because I got bitten all over my body to the point I had to go to the emergency room and be treated twice because the manager would not refund my money and he told me that if I was not back from the hospital by 3 pm he would not refund the money I had the bugs in a bag and the hospital told me what they was and the hospital called the health dept and they found bedbugs in the room we was in and both rooms on each side of my room. it took me 3 months to get my skin back to normal and also I have been placed on an epipen now for allergic reactions due to these bites I would not recommend anyone to stay here please.

I thought this hotel was excellent considering the price. It was very neat, clean, and comfortable. I went to visit my boyfriend who was stationed at Fort Stewart and we spent the whole weekend here. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we had no problems at all. No bugs, no dirtiness, nothing!

I Hate bugs and they were all over the places!!!!! Even crawling on our stuff!!!!! We would not stay and we didnt not even sleep there and they would not give us a refund!!!! They dont speak very good english but I could understand the " No Refund" DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! You can find better elsewhere. Customer service was awful. They were very rude!!! And a couple of the staff laughed when we said we were not going to stay there because of the ROACHES crawling on our stuff. I recommend going to look at a room before you pay for it no matter where you go because you might end up paying for a room you will not stay in. Knights Inn is more expensive than others places that are better. I Highly recommend not staying there. There is a bunch of hotels in the same location and all around Fort Stewart some even closer to Fort Stewart than the Knights Inn.

i have lived in hiesville 13 yrs. and heard that days inn had cleaned up so when i need to get a room for the night it was the first place i thought of and let me tell you it was awful i was there in aug. of this year the staff was very rude and the room i was in smelled like a wet dog the floor was covered in black marks looked like someone dumped oil on the carpet...i was not very happy and there were childern(teens)in and out of the room next to me pretty much all night...i will NEVER stay here AGAIN i was very unhappy...

I WAS THERE A YEAR AGO AND CAME BACK BECAUSE OF THE FRONT DESK CLERK [JENNIFER]SHE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFULL.I WASNT GOING TO STILL BUT IT WAS THE ONLY HOTEL THAT HAD A KING SIZE ROOM.BUT I WILL NOT COME BACK.
