Sheraton Suites Wilmington, Wilmington

Our son's wedding was held at the hotel and everyone had a wonderful time. The staff was very gracious and accomodating. Beautiful setup and rooms where our guests stayed. No complaints. Sincerely, Joan of Claymont DE

poor service. toliet and sink clogged. crumbs in the pull out bed. i wouldn't stay here again. the room was nice though. the lobby was nice.

My husband and I thought the room was just beautiful. The Sweet Sleeper bed is probably the best bed we have ever slept in. When we are in Wilmington, we will stay at the Sheraton.

This place was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel smelled of urine from the moment I stepped on the elavator to the moment I left the hotel. The room looked clean but, the couch look as if it was picked up from a trash pile. This place is GROSS!!! Never ever again!!!

downtown accomodations perfect and great staff took care of my needs. clean and located great for business. would definitly return for businesss or pleasure with or without family.

The staff at the Wilmington are very, very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice -- it's good to have a suite. But the facilities of this hotel are quite poor. The restaurant is incredibly bad. I was shocked at the lousy food and cheap atmosphere. The indoor swimming pool was freezing. The heater in our room buzzed like an alarm at intervals throughout the night. Also, the Sheraton has posted a notice about saving energy and resources: if you want towels cleaned, then leave them on the floor; if you don't want towels washed every day, then hang them up. Apparently, no one told the staff about this, because they changed the towels every day. All in all, just a fair hotel - nothing great. I certainly will try other hotels when I'm in the area.
