Horrible Service

I booked this Hotel using Days Inn customer service by phone. I liked the location and the price. When I showed up at 5:00 pm, my reservation was invalid. I was told they could get me a room for $50.00 more. I went to another Hotel, but Days Inn charged my credit card anyway. I complained and was given a business check to cover the amount 7 weeks later, but by then interest accrued on my credit card. They refused to credit the credit card, and they refused to apologize. This was obviously a bait and switch tactic to charge more for the room.
I would not recommend this property to others. It was embarrassing to show up at the lobby with a written reservation, then told that I did not have a reservation, but could have a room for almost double the price. They made me feel stupid and incompetent.
