Great Value Inn, North Highlands

I checked in to this motel and went out to get dinner. After dinner, I went back to the motel and entered the room that I checked in to. It was the dirtiest room I have ever been in. Cobwebs in the corners, the floor had stains with footprints that had not been vacuumed. There was toothpaste on the faucet. There was dust and dirt on the lampshade. In general, it looked as if it had not been cleaned. I could not stay in this mess and went to the management and asked for a refund. This was also not a very good experience. No refund. Too bad. I will never stay at this motel and would advise anyone who is going that way to keep going to a cleaner motel.
