Customer Service is poor - can't wait to check OUT

1) Employee delivered a basket to a room (that was not assigned to me ever) 8 hours before I checked in. The basket had significant monetary value. The hotel acknowledged the mistake but did nothing about it. I am done with any Holiday Inn Express. .Front Desk Manager "Cindy" said I'd get some type of reimbursement. I'm still waiting. Room service failed to clean the room 1 of the 4 nights that I was there. VERY POOR SERVICE. Overrated.
