WONDERFUL RESORT
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/10/09
NOT BEING A GOLFER WAS A DRAWBACK, BUT ONLY A LITTLE ONE. THE FRONT DESK AND STAFF WERE AWSOME. THIS WAS THE NICEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED FOR THE PRICE, ANYWHERE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THE PARKING SITUATION WAS BAD, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE MORE THAN MADE UP FOR THE PARKING.

Nice place to relax
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/30/07
The resort is very clean. Lot of places to eat within 2 miles. Located half way between Hwy 51 and 101 loop. The on site massage therapist Heather is WONDERFUL and worth every cent! Temperpedic beds are a real joy. In room hot tubs are another plus. Only draw back is parking. But it is good exercise to walk from the car to the room. Most of the time you need to walk off dinner anyway!

Good rates, awesome suites, lousy front desk
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/02/05
Me and my girlfriend stayed at the resort at the end of July. When we first arrived for check in there was a lady by the name of Stacey who seemed to have a bit of an attitude, she wasn't kind, she didn't say "thank you" or "your welcome" not once, and just seemed completly rude. We also informed her that we would be paying for our fees in cash for the room when she asked for a credit card, she stated that it was only for incedental purposes, so I asked her how much the incedental charge was and she responded a $100 . I thought that it was a sensible price since we would be getting that money back anyway, and assumed that the she needed the credit card for insurance reasons. She must have thought that it was neccesary to use the credit card because she then immediatly told us that my girlfriends credit card declined for $300. We were startled that she used it because we told her that we were going to use cash for everything. When we complained she stated" Oh so you do have cash for the incedental" and we're like" Yeah we just told you that from the start." She shrugged her mistake off as she took my $300 without apoligizing. She basically used something that was unneccesary for the transaction. So while we weren't happy about that we continued with an optimistic attitude. The rooms were outstanding. A very nice bed, a spacious living room, and an awesome bathroom. The room was great with all useful amenities. The balcony was nice too. Our room was more warm than anything, so we turned the ac on high and after awhile we still didn't feel any cooler so we called for service and were told that someone would be up to fix it. After waiting 2 hours for that someone we cancelled the request because we had to go to dinner. We also noticed that there is very little parking if any. Our suite was probably a half mile from our parking and I honestly have never walked so much in one weekend. So be prepared to tip alot for the shuttle driver if you find him, or just be ready to walk a very far walk. We also noticed that we weren't the only ones disappointed in the very rare amount of parking. There was a married couple that we heard complaining about it as they walked past us. I mean it's a great resort it's just in need of a larger parking lot. There were people having to park next to the curbs because there wasn't enough parking spaces. Other than that we needed some information regarding restaraunts and activities. The concierge was very useful. Although I forget her name she was very kind and very helpful. On the second day the house keepers appeared at our door and were very friendly and nice, they gave us everything we needed and we were thankful for them. Overall the place is fantastic, a wonderful atmosphere, great for golf players, and the in room jacuzzi is good romantic getaway. Good rates, good resort, needs improvement in customer service at guest registration and also needs to expand the parking lot.
