3 star at Best

Please dont believe the hype about this place. It's not even close to being a 5 star hotel. Its 15 years old, the rooms are from the 1980's and its totally dated. The staff, while appearing helpful was not even close to being able to resolve any real issues. They are great with getting your bags to the room, etc etc. But if you ask for help around the city, them to make reservations, or anything like that, you will get nowhere.
We paid $275 for a club level room. NEVER buy a club level room as the club lounge is on the 2nd floor and is awful. Its a totally waste of $. Our hairdryer was broken, no iron in the room and the place looked and felt like it you were staying at your grandmothers.
All in all, if you can stay here for $99 and treat it like you are at the Holiday Inn, then I'd be ok with staying. if you are expecting a 5 star hotel, stay at the 4 seasons, Grand Hyatt or Shangri la.
On the positive side, the location is very good. best of luck.
