Sofitel Brussels Le Louise, Brussels

This was our first trip to Europe, and Brussels was our first stop. The Sofitel Brussels was fabulous. I had been concerned somewhat about a language problem, but I was quickly relieved of that at the first "hello". All of the staff was very accommodating and happy to answer any questions and politely make referrals to nearby attractions. Upon my inquiry about a tour of the City, they promptly called a local tour company and made the arrangements . They also arranged for private transport from the Hotel to the Tour company in town. All very nice & convenient. The room was great, the Bed, oh my gosh, I want one for myself. No worries at all at this Hotel.
