Why do they make it so tough to get through on the phone---it's very difficult to plan a meeting when it is impossible to get through...more

well we were never told that the keys will sotp working if they are close to any cell phone. It took about 20-25 min to check in once...more

In general the hotel was just OK. You need to improve the maid staff and see that they clean thoroughly. The real problem is the restaurant...more
