Great Pool, Comfortable beds, and Decent Breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay. The rate was a bargain for the quality of the beds, the quality of the breakfast, and an indoor pool. My family and I had a great time swimming in the pool; the kids befriended some other kids who were vacationing also. The beds were clean & comfortable w/ high quality sheets. The decor was bright and attractive. The quality of the breakfast was on the better end as far as these breakfasts go (there is always a dearth of healthy options). I really felt we were staying in a more expensive hotel.

Scratch this one off the list

Was here 2 weeks ago and 2 busses of brats came in i figure it was one of those so called "christian basketball groups" they were running the halls at midnight yelling slamming doors lying around in theyre rooms with theyre doors open and screaming being rude while the shaparone was walking down the halls talking on his cellphone and when i went down stairs one of them came out of his room with wine i will never go back to that one ,but for your money and a beautiful place to stay go to the Holiday Inn Express that place is tops and a brand new facility well worth the money

You can do better for the $

The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable & clean. My only gripe is that we were overcharged for an off season room. If it hadn't been so late, I would have left & gone somewhere else. We were quoted one price, & then charged more. This is enough to keep me from going back.

Day Sleeper

I stay in the Ontario Best Western 3 or 4 days a week. I work nights, so I really am not in the rooms at night time, but the rooms have all been fairly quiet during the day when I am trying to sleep. I enjoy coming off work, grabbing a bite of the continental breakfast, then depending how hectic work was either going straight to bed, or using the exercise equipment and jacuzzi. The staff has always been helpful, meeting my need - such as extra packets of coffee grounds. All in all a very nice place that meets my needs. I plan on coming to Ontario with my family for Christmas shopping at staying here.
