Ramada Limited, Ocean City

well, me and my family got there, the lobby was decent the room was not big enough, staff was very uninformed and i didnt really like the location, a high way, not working for me. no bugs tho. pool reaked of urine and was crowed by children. game room was not good, alot of the games were broken. over all not really a good place to stay

AT first glance this hotel seemed decent. It looked clean and the people were friendly. We walked in to find that the recliner in the room was VERY broken and the phone line was dead. We let the desk know and as of today (we are home now) these things still weren't fixed. The recliner is no big deal, the phone we would have needed had their been an emergency. When we called we asked how far away the beach was, they said across the street. If you take across the street to mean a 6 lane highway and then a block thats just what it is! To top the stay off the first night we were there my fiance went to use the bathroom to find ROACHES when he turned on the lights. Needless to say I will NEVER stay there again and suggest you don't either. To end our stay we were told that they were very sorry for the inconvience, they would investigate it and get back to us. They said they might be able to give us a free night there. UMMMMMMMMM NO THANKS! There are a TON of hotels in Ocean City MD, don't chose this one!
