And looking forward to many more. Very nice accommodations and superbly renovated kitchen. A few steps from the condo to the Atlantic Ocean, e. Even fewer to the swimming pool and to the hot tub set in a garden. Chance for many daily walks along a beautiful beach.. Short rides to stores and restaurants and a short tide to Kay West for fun and airport.

I took my grandchildren to Cocoplum Beach and Tennis Club Dec 9-15 2011 and it was the best. This was their Christmas Presents and I couldnt have picked a better place to stay at. I could let the 2 older ones swim in the pool and the 2, 3yr olds could play on the beach at the same time because the pool was on the beach. Cocoplum even had toys for the beach and the pool for the children to play with. They had tennis rackets and baseball for the older children. It was great. The rooms were like your own tree house that looked out over the beach and pool with tree all about. There were wild animals that the chilldren loved to learn about. Rick "caretaker" explained many of the animals to my grandchildren and the ladies in the office was so helpful. All the people there was so nice. The rooms were very clean and roomy, large washer and drier for each room. Lots of windows and screened in large porch that my husband and I both loved. The veiw was amzaing. There wasn't anything that we didn't like about CocoPlum. From the minute we entered the villa we knew we had made the right choice in accomodations. The villa was private, equipped with all the comforts of home and CLEAN!!! We were 5 miles from all the conveniences of home, Office Depot, Winn Dixie, Publix, CVS, Subway etc. The accomodations were as shown on the website. I wasn't sure about the amount of space since I didn't see, nor did I ask about square footage. We were plesantly surprised that we had as much room as we did! I can't say enough about how beautiful, peaceful, clean private yet convenient to everything CocoPlum is. The only negative about the entire week's stay was that it had to end. We have made the decision to travel to the Keys at least once a year. CocoPlum will be where we are going to stay! The entire staff was helpful and pleasant. A special thanks to Derrick who gave us pointers on where to go and what to do in Marathon.

It was my first time in the USA and I'm more than happy that my trip included staying at Cocoplum Beach & Tennis Club, Marathon, Fl. A unique design and interior of the apartments, the picturesque surroundings and a half a minute walk from the beach - everything made me enjoy every moment of the vacation there. The whole atmosphere made me and my family feel as on Bounty islands, where everything is so serene and peaceful, that all negativity of life is left behind and you are in total harmony with nature and yourself. It's one of the few places where you want to come back, and that I'm definitely going to do on my next trip to Florida.

Our group of 4 adults, my husband and myself, our 22-year-old daughter, and a family friend stayed at Cocoplum April 17-28, 2008. We found Cocoplum on the Internet and booked based on the photos, location, and description. Cocoplum exceeded all of our expectations! Our first reaction was "we are staying in a botanical garden." The grounds are fabulous: pathways through palm trees, seating areas, pool and hot tub overlooking the private beach, cabanas and palm trees provide shade on the beach, hammocks under palm trees, and plenty of lounge chairs. Condos are 2-story, octagonal shaped with a large screened porch and views from all windows. It's like living in a tree house. Our unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all of the appliances, dishes, and cookware we needed. A washer and dryer is supplied for each unit. Parking in front of each unit. Barbecue pits are set in tile counters for outdoor grilling convenience. Cocoplum dock is located just across from the main entrance for those with boats. We will definately stay at Cocoplum when we visit the Keys again. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the location in Marathon is great - close to stores, restaurants, fishing charters, and only about an hour from Key West for day-tripping. We give Cocoplum a "5 Coconut Rating."

We got to the villa and it was clean, fully furnished, the kitchen had everything we wanted including the commercial blender for our rum drinks! The beds were the best we've ever slept on! I had the best nights sleep I've had in years. The pool and ocean were so close that we didn't have to go very far to enjoy ourselves. The office staff was great! The manager (I forget his name) was very helpful in finding us great places to eat and the 5 different restaurants he recommended were exactly what we were looking for. The grounds were amazingly well maintained. It really is a lush property and when I booked I thought it might be a bit tight, when we got there, it was open and very inviting.

Beware of bed bugs-- when you spend the time and money to take your family on a after Chrismas trip you sure dont want to spend it being dinner at a filthy bug infested resort. dont let the website fool you into thinking this place is nice.the unit was dirty, smelly and the bathrooms were discusting, the beach is loaded with seaweed and jellyfish and we all came home with bug bites all over. I just hope we sterilized our luggage enough when we got home.

Took our 3 kids ages 9, 10, 12 for 3 nights in October. The cluster of vacation homes has the cool retro contmporary design that the kids got a real kick out of. We were pleased to notice that despite the obvious challenges of being a beachside property the entire place had clearly been gone through some major repair and mauntenance overhauls recently. For example our furniture and has all new upholstery, the buildings were all freshly painted inside and outside, the gardens were tidy and the beach is raked every day so the streetch in front of this place has a nice seegrass-free area for the kids to play. Once in the water though, the kids had to adjust to what a real seafloor feels like. But they did, and of course they had the great pool and hot tub right beside the ocean. And Mom and Dad could watch them from our balcony or the many shady hammocks and adirondack chairs scattered around in cozy seating groups. This vacation home is not for the spa-set but if you want a very functional on-the-beach house with all the amenties of pool, ocean, tennis and boat dock you get it here. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to prepare fresh seafood of the day and chill out. I would go back.

Our family of five just returned from a four day stay at Cocoplum. Had a blast, spent most of our time in the pool area. The resort was nice and had everything we could need, just had to ask for a few things, but the guys up front were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Small bathrooms and kitchen, but was good enough. Beautiful grounds with lots of things to see, plants and animals.

Absolutely loved this place!!!! The rooms were clean, had everything we needed, and honestly..... I am not in the Keys for my room, but for the water, fun and sunshine. I have been visiting the Keys for years and Cocoplum by far is the BEST place I have found to stay for my money and location. The Beach and the hammocks alone is worth the stay for me. The pool is very clean and the staff is friendly with a lot of good local information. PLUS!!! We had the pool and beach to ourselves on most occasion. I would reccomend Cocoplum Beach & Tennis club to anyone looking for peace & Quiet, a central location to all of the keys, and a place to call home while you are there.
