A big disappointment
I had stayed at this location before, when it wasn't a Hawthorn property and been very happy with the accommodations. With the new ownership I expected things to have improved but I was wrong. After two consecutive days of the suite not being tended to by housekeeping, my husband called to complain and ask for fresh towels and a spare roll of toilet tissue. That was when we learned that if the "do not disturb" sign was out when the maid made her original visit, she would not come back later!!!!
I also was unhappy to see that for four people in the suite, there were glasses and cups for only two. No glasses of any kind in the bathrooms was another disappointment. And the pool was closed for renovation, a fact that was never mentioned,even at check in.
