Reasonable rate and courteous staff. The hotel needs some new paint here and there and a little cosmetic work. Parking is terrible. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. All in all - Recommended :)

Most of the time when I go to Los Angeles, CA, I would stay at the Hampton Inn in Carson. This last trip was the worst time at the Hampton that I have ever received. I had only two sets of towels in the room for myself, wife, and two children. I called and asked for more towels and I got questioned about how many guests are in the room. Then when the towels came I was asked again and the person wanted to check and see if I only had four people in the room. I had to call to the front desk to get the internet access code and was asked again about the number of people in the room. The next day after the maid cleaned the room again only two towels. I called and asked for more towels and was asked again about the number of people in the room. The Hampton Inn in Carson,CA was always my first choice when I visited LA. But since that experience, I will think twice before staying there.

My husband and two teenage sons live in the area. Our house was being exterminated for termites and we found this place to be very reasonable. The facility as well as the rooms were very clean and the staff were fairly friendly. The boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The complimentary continental breakfast was just ok. Good place for family to stay when they come for family reunions. We would certainly stay again.

The Hotel is very peaceful clean and the people there are very Friendly ! I feel SAFE when Im at the Hampton Hotel!I really like the fact that There are lots of Shopping Centers, There is alot of places aroun there to Dine there is fast food to nice fancy restaurants movie theathers and not to MENTION VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH!

August 2006, Two teenage sons and I were here for the 2006 X-Games. Hotel is conveniently located to major thruways I540/I110/I91 and in walking distance to Home Depot Center. (The HD center bumped up the parking rates for the Saturday/Sunday event $20 bucks), so we opted to keep the car at the hotel and walk the 2-3 blocks. Our Room (2 queens) were nicely appointed; clean with a desk/table/RV. Free hispeed internet (wired). Bathroom was clean (tub) and about an 8 x 6 area (not huge). Small 3' frig in the room. From our room, we could see the HD center. Hot breakfast is included in the room rate and is typical of hampton inns (bisquits, flat sausage and flat eggs -- kind similiar to McDonalds fast food), good assortment of cereals, muffins, toasts/waffles, fresh fruit, yogurts. The dining area was nice. Cost for room was $79 including 10% tax. which seems to be very reasonable. There are cheap hotels but we're glad we picked this one because of the quality and proximity to the HD center. We found a Walmart and other restaurants within a short driving distance. We felt very safe and would definitely stay here again.

We liked the convience of the walking distance to the Home Depot Center and saved the $15.00 dollar parking fee. Stayed at this hotel on Saturday, 7-16-05 and made reservations that same day in the morning. Great price, great staff, and great breakfast on Sunday morning. Would stay here again and again.
