Days Inn Douglasville, Douglasville

Likes: Location is very convient for food, shopping, entertainment, and just outside of the main conjestion of Atlanta, but close enough to be right there in a few min. Nice lobby staff, clean room, great airconditioner, fridg/micro, beds slept good. Dislikes: Small bathroom, internet was o.k., not real fast.

The room was very clean. Linens and bathroom were spotless which is a plus for a hotel of this price. The pool was in desperate need of cleaning and after bringing it to the attention of the hotel management, they cleaned the pool within 2 hours. The overall stay was great for the value. I would definately stay there again.

I stayed here in December 2007, was in town for work. Was clean and comforable, would stay again, I am going out there next month

We stayed at this hotel on 7/27/07 it was the worst hotel experience I have had. While taking a shower I looked up and saw a line of roaches crawling on the ceiling. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. I am 5"8 and 150 pounds and could barley fit in the bathroom and close the door. The sink was stopped up and the phone did not work. When I went to speak with someone at the hotel I had to stand outside and talk with them through a window and they never offered to have anyone look at the phone. When I told them about the roaches they claimed they were unaware of a pest problem. They did not offer to help in any way. They also acted as if they could not understand English very well since they are from a third world country. I do not recommend this hotel since there are far more better hotel in the same area for the same price.
