ALWAYS A CATCH!

I stayed at this hotel on business. The door wouldn't lock correctly & there was no hot water. I stayed there for two nights & took 2 cold showers! I told them after the first experience & while working they were supposed to have fixed it. The next shower was again cold! They gave me a voucher for a free nights stay at nay courtyard & when I call to stay in one in Lexington, they won't honor it because there is a football game! Well, that is why I want to stay there! ALWAYS A CATCH! Will never stay there again!

Horrible

I wouldnt reccomend you stay here. First off, they dont even offer free wi-fi unless you want to sit down in the lobby. You actually have to plug in a network cable in your room. Second the like to overcharge you for rooms, and then it takes weeks (maybe months, ill let you know how this turns out) before you get your money back (Hopefully). Management so far has been not helpful, you call and they tell you that they have no clue what you are talking about, even though you have emails saying you booked a room at this rate. If you are going to stay here i wish you luck, i for one will never stay at another Marriot hotel again.

Accomodations were comfortable

Room was quite far from elevator entrance. Close to interstate, hence heard the traffic. Rooms were clean. Service at the counter was good. People were friendly. Breakfast options were very good. No need to find an outside restaurant.

Two Thumbs Up

Courtyard Mariott East offered me the BEST hotel service that I have ever received!! The staff was courteous and the manager has a personality that wins you over from the jump! This very hotel will be my hotel of choice for my travels to/around Louisville,Kentucky and I will definitely recommend it to other travelers. "Two Thumbs Up" to the Courtyard Marriott East staff - see ya soon! Nonjala

great room

The room was arranged very well, and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the breakfast that was $8.00 instead of free. If I wanted to pay that much just for a little coffee, eggs and toast I would go out to eat. I have stayed in many hotels that were on the same level of quality and have never had that experience.

Weekend away

We enjoyed the stay. The service from the Frontdesk was excellent. Vending and ice in one location. We happened to be on the other side of the hotel. The room was clean and beds had been change correctly.
