they only have 1 handicapped accessible room, which by the way had a broken toilet. They felt it was ok, for us to walk on wet towels, since there was no other room for handicapped individuals. It was fine otherwise, good breakfast, and the other rooms, I hear were nice.

everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have a great stay.If you need anything they will get it for you. They have a great happy hour,hot food and .drinks.An if you need a ride they do that also with in 5 .miles

We have been staying at Chase Brea for the past 2 months for job training. We were very relieved when we saw our rooms and the location of the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the area is very safe and beautiful. From the first time we arrived, the staff has been very helpful and gracious. Our son loves the pool and hot tub area. The cleaning staff has spoiled me! Even doing my dishes! We are very thankful that we were able to experience So. California thru Chase Suites.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the rates are very reasonable.

Business trip very convenient . Breakfast in the morning along with a free newspaper. Rooms were very nice complete with Fireplace and Vcr and two Televisions. Very pleasant stay. I would stay again and again.

I travel for work, and stay in hotels every week... this week... was the worst stay I have had the displeasure of having... and in my humble opinion its an issue with management. Here is what occurred: 1. I arrived, was greeted by a very friendly front desk woman (the only good thing about this stay has been the courtesy of the front desk woman and the maids). I was assigned a room. 2. I went to the room, only to find that there were 4 air conditioner units outside of the bedroom window... one of the was so loud it sounded like it was coming through the wall. There was no way I could sleep in this room... the machine was malfunctioning. 3. I went back to the office... there was one other room available... i asked for it. 4. I openned the door, to a disqusting odor of FISH and some horrible commercial air freshner... this room is a disgusting mess... there are no other rooms in the area available... i have no choice but to accept it. 5. The carpets in this room as terrible... they are so dirty that you should be very embarrassed that this is even a public suite... its like people have tromped around in this room with muddy shoes, and then the carpets were just vaccmned... i could guess they carpets have never been cleans... its truely disgusting. 6. The toilet seat is completely covered in the commercial toilet cleaner spray... there is a single towel on my towel rack (there have been 3 every days since... i showered and used the same towel when i arrived and the next morning) 7. The internet connection wire is on a retractor... it doesn't stop retracting, i had to jam a piece of carboard in it... the plug is broken and wont stay in my computer... 8. The internet connection is so slow every 5 clicks, i get 4 failures and one success... after 2 nights of this, i contact technical support and they tell me that there is a site alert out, its been out for days... but no repair... i am now annoyed... how can i do business. 9. On Wed, Nov 8, I return from a 12 hour day, with nothing but a nap on my mind... 30 minutes to enjoy it... and find my room has not been cleaned... its 5:30 PM when I arrive. 10. I am immediately interupted by the maids (they are very nice and apologetic) - they are here to clean my room at 5:45 PM... 9 hours after i left and put the please clean room sign on my door. 11. I contact the front office, and am told that the manager will call me back. While wiating for almost 5 minutes, i get a recording telling me about the award winning service, and exmplorary quality of Woodfin... frankly this is just even more irritating. 12. 1.5 hrs later... i get a call... the manager has gone home and will contact me tomorrw at 9am. (when i am at work! rediculous). I complain and tell the person at the front desk this whole story. She calls the manager.... she calls me back and tells me the manager is not available (but she just got of the phone with her... this hs me furious... no one can deal with this issue, yet the staff can reach the manager) 13. I am here on business, I will bill this trip to my customer... the only thing which is offered is a discount... which frankly does nothing for me... i just charge my customer less.

The room was right next to the major highway and I could hear the cars zipping by continuously. I didn't sleep for two nights in a row. The room was right next to the pedestrian walkway of the highway, and anyone walking by could enter the room easily (it was not at all secure). The lighting in the bathroom was dim, and there was dirt in the bath tub. The carpet was old and stinky. The person checking in forgot to give us key to our second room (we had a two-bedroom suite), and there was no way to enter the other bedroom from outside or inside. I had to walk all the way back to the checkin counter to have this problem fixed. There was no parking nearby. The sprinklers outside the room got all the walkway wet right outside the door. There were heaters and ACs right outside the door, wooden pillars supporting the stairs right outside the door, making it unappealing to enter the room. The checkout person had not communicated my request to the other person taking over for her, and I had to go thru a whole set of discussion all over again to make my request work, which was only accomodated after some amount of convincing. All-in-all it was the worst experience for the amount of money I paid.

we moved here to Ca from La after Hurricane katrina.it wasnt perfect but it was pleasant.The staff is particularly friendly and solicitous. The air conditioners were very noisy and the rooms on the highway were also noisy but the beds were very comfortable. we did have a handicapped equiped room and my 83 yr old cousin found it very accomodating.we would stay again.

I travel quite a bit and numerous times over the years have stayed at Woodfin Suites, Brea. It used to be an enjoyable experience. In mid-2007, things changed when a new manager took over. The courteous management was no longer there. Employees told not to help guests. Manager highly discourteous. Ceiling leaked from the bathtubs in the room above. Sewage backed up into the bathtubs. The internet system was not dependable. I would never stay at Woodfin Brea again.
