disgusting

I travel for work, and stay in hotels every week... this week... was the worst stay I have had the displeasure of having... and in my humble opinion its an issue with management.
Here is what occurred:
1. I arrived, was greeted by a very friendly front desk woman (the only good thing about this stay has been the courtesy of the front desk woman and the maids). I was assigned a room.
2. I went to the room, only to find that there were 4 air conditioner units outside of the bedroom window... one of the was so loud it sounded like it was coming through the wall. There was no way I could sleep in this room... the machine was malfunctioning.
3. I went back to the office... there was one other room available... i asked for it.
4. I openned the door, to a disqusting odor of FISH and some horrible commercial air freshner... this room is a disgusting mess... there are no other rooms in the area available... i have no choice but to accept it.
5. The carpets in this room as terrible... they are so dirty that you should be very embarrassed that this is even a public suite... its like people have tromped around in this room with muddy shoes, and then the carpets were just vaccmned... i could guess they carpets have never been cleans... its truely disgusting.
6. The toilet seat is completely covered in the commercial toilet cleaner spray... there is a single towel on my towel rack (there have been 3 every days since... i showered and used the same towel when i arrived and the next morning)
7. The internet connection wire is on a retractor... it doesn't stop retracting, i had to jam a piece of carboard in it... the plug is broken and wont stay in my computer...
8. The internet connection is so slow every 5 clicks, i get 4 failures and one success... after 2 nights of this, i contact technical support and they tell me that there is a site alert out, its been out for days... but no repair... i am now annoyed... how can i do business.
9. On Wed, Nov 8, I return from a 12 hour day, with nothing but a nap on my mind... 30 minutes to enjoy it... and find my room has not been cleaned... its 5:30 PM when I arrive.
10. I am immediately interupted by the maids (they are very nice and apologetic) - they are here to clean my room at 5:45 PM... 9 hours after i left and put the please clean room sign on my door.
11. I contact the front office, and am told that the manager will call me back. While wiating for almost 5 minutes, i get a recording telling me about the award winning service, and exmplorary quality of Woodfin... frankly this is just even more irritating.
12. 1.5 hrs later... i get a call... the manager has gone home and will contact me tomorrw at 9am. (when i am at work! rediculous). I complain and tell the person at the front desk this whole story. She calls the manager.... she calls me back and tells me the manager is not available (but she just got of the phone with her... this hs me furious... no one can deal with this issue, yet the staff can reach the manager)
13. I am here on business, I will bill this trip to my customer... the only thing which is offered is a discount... which frankly does nothing for me... i just charge my customer less.
