won't go back easily

The first night I was there, I went to use the sink and drain was completely stopped up. I was able to get the plug out of the drain and left it on the counter top, thinking the maid would have it repaired. After being out all day I came back to find somebody had put the plug back into the drain without fixing it. I tried to remove it so water could drain, but it was impossible to get out. I reported it to the front desk and they said there was nobody around that would be able to fix it that evening, but that someone would fix it the next day. When I came back on the 7th after being out all day, the water in the sink was still filled to the top. I reported it again and again was told there was nothing that could be done. The person in charge said to stop by the front desk after 9:00 the next day and she would give me a voucher for a nights stay next time I wanted to stay there. She also said we could go to another room, but I wasn't about to pack up and move at that time of night (our last night). When I stopped at the desk in the morning, I was told the person I spoke with the night before was on her day off and there was no voucher. I finally got the clerk to write me a voucher for a future stay of 1 night.
Not over yet -- when I went back to my room to pack, I happened to open the drawer of the table between the beds and I was thoroughly disgusted at what I saw in there. It was a bunch of used kleenexes probably used for "icky" purposes.
The room was not vacuumed during our stay -- or if it was, a poor job was done -- stuff remained on the floor up to our checkout door
