Just returned from Steamboat today, 1/29/2005. Village at Steamboat is convenient to the mountain and grocery stores, Walmart etc. Shuttle is OK, but could run more often and the last run could be at 4:45 or so instead of 4:00 (the lifts close at 4:00). The walls on the units are pretty thin. If someone came in late in the vicinity of your unit, you could definitly hear them and you were awake until they were setteled. Beware of the parking garages under the units, they have very low ceilings and you cannot pull under them in an SUV with skis on top.

Great timeshare resort

About 1 mi off mountain. Shuttle is convenient, but could run a bit later.Rooms are spacious and clean. full kitchens is a big help. Nice swimming pool. Internet access in lobby.
