Staff @ front desk were very nice, but the room itself (king, $89.99) was not worth that price. All the bed linens, etc., were frayed and worn out. Needs to be updated. We would not stay there again and would recommend going up a couple of exit on the interstate to a nicer place.

Very Nice

I stayed here for over a week & was very pleased w/ my room, the service, & overall expierience. It is located near many diff. businesses, & close to the l=ake. The continental breakfast was superb, the maidstaff very pleasant & the quality of the rooms very impressive. It is a little higher priced than the other are hotel/motels, but after staying here then going to one of the others, you'll understand why. And will be kicking yourself for not spending the extra cash.

A Great Experience!

Great location, ramp/handicap accessible, near Watts Barr Lake and only 20 minutes from TN Vols Stadium. Rooms are up to date, with coffee makers, microwave, refridgerators, ironing board, and nice breakfast.
