Boca Raton Guest Suites, Boca Raton

The outside of the hotel looks great but I was immediately disappointed when I arrived in my room. The carpet had brown stains, the remote was not working properly, there weren't any full length mirrors, no menu in the room so I called and had to call twice to have some bring the menu. No one picked up the tray for two days in my room, I didn't get a face cloth from housekeeping so had to wash with a towel. Breakfast buffet was not very good. It had minimal selections. The clock in the room had not been set properly and there was no way for me to turn the clock to the appropriate hour. I felt that if someone had checked the room to make sure everything was working and clean, my stay would have been better. The front desk staff was great. The lobby was decorated nicely. But all in all I probably won't stay there again.

Nice big room with separate seating area with fridge and microwave. None of the problems noted by the other review. Only negative would be the location near the commuter rail and local airport did create occasional noise issues.
