Best motel value in the area!

We've stayed at the New Summit Inn for many years, both with the previous and current owners and always have had a great time. Friendly, curtious, cordial atmosphere has always been what we've found. Easy access, short distance walk to restaurants, Lake Dillon, biking rental & trails right nearby, everything is just close enought to be convenient, but yet away from all the highway noise, etc. Our black "Lab" thinks it's his second home! We go there most every July 4th holiday!
