Never go back again!

The service was terrible. The people at the front office were rude, to where we almost went somewhere else (wish we did). They even failed to give us the remote for the TV, where we found out we needed to ask for it.
We got a spa suite with a romantic evening planned, but when we got to the spa part of our evening, there was no hot water. We tried several times and then call the office where they said they would get someone to fix it. We waited almost an hour then they called and said they would insdead put us in a new room, but not the same spa because they did not have another. Our evening was already ruined, but we decided to take another spa suite (not the same one that we originally got) and make the best of the evening. By the time we got to the other room it had already taken almost 2 hours of our evening and was after midnight.
When we checked out we hoped to speak with a manager, but they said the managers we not there to assist on weekends and no one could help us. We would have to pay and call on Monday for a manager. On Monday the manager said �they did enough to help us just by changing our rooms and nothing else would be done,� and that �we should have canceled it and not gone to the other room.� The people there I feel do not care about their customers, just about getting there money which they had already got. I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone that I know.
