Stay Away

If you have any intention of staying here don't,the fire alarm went off at 12:30 am,after evacuating we where told this was a false alarm.The fire alarm continued to sound through the duration of the nite at 30 minute intervals.Not only was there no apology from staff but we where charged the full price for a sleepless nite.

stollen

I'm portuguese, and i went there to a party of 25 aniversary of our company. we was 10 peopel and there was stolen 3 perfums. 2 in my room, and 1 in another room, the manager, don,t listen us. we call to the police, and the managers wife lef in our face. never more

Don't stay here

My family and I stayed at this hotel recently to attend a graduation. What should have been a fun family trip turned into a terrible experience as a family member's car was vandalized in the hotel's parking lot. The hotel offered us no assistance even going so far as to claim that they did not know that vandalism occured in their parking lot. But the police officer who came out to write the report said that he is at the hotel often for other similar acts of vandalism and even theft(someone's car was stolen on Mother's Day). As a result, time and money that we should have spent sightseeing and having fun was instead spent trying to get the car window repaired. There is not a security guard on duty and no signs alerting hotel patrons of the potential problems that are rampant in this hotel's parking lot. The mangement was not helpful to us and offered no assistance, or refund.

Staff doing better

had a friend fly in fron indiana last month, she had a nice stay but there were a few things that you need to look into. your staff are letting people that dont need to be there hang out around the hotel, like one while my friend and i was trying to go into the hotel he was sitting on his motor bike right in front of the door talking on a cell phone we had to walk around him( after my friend stoped me from poping him one) and your staff just let him sit there saying nothing..and on my way out there were about five teenagers outside just standing around with there music on taking up parking space. even if the hotel is new which i like i still may tell my out of town friends NOT to stay there anymore..thanks
