Super 8 Grayson Ky, Grayson

We arrived at this hotel for memorial day weekend. I am a photographer and I was in town for a shoot and was told I would have a room with double beds. When arrived, it was a single bed room. There was three of us. The staff would NOT change the room. They were all very rude. When asked for a stow away bed, we were told they didnt have any and we had to have the manager called to get something done. The room stunk. The whole hotel smells like ciggerate smoke. The stow away bed we got had two ciggerate burns. The bathroom had hair in the tub. The tub dind't even drain. You had to hold the stopper up to drain the water. It was horrible. Being in business I expected better customer service than what we got. Ive had better service at rinki dink motels. Save your money and stay some where else!

We were very pleased with this super 8. When we arrived we had no reservations and the only single room left was smoking, but the front desk clerk let us go see the room so we would know if the smell would bother us. It did smell of smoke so we took a larger room, but it was still at a good price. It was very clean, and looked like the bathroom had recently been re-done. Very friendly staff, big clean room, great place for the value!

The staff was very rude and not very helpful at all.would not reccommend to no one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If staff would be nice this would have been a good place to .because the rooms were nice and clean. and if your DL says carter county that have to charge a 50.00 depsiot this isnt right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we love all of it the food was really good and if you needed any thing they would get it really fast and they are the nice staff
