Horrible room, horrible experience. You really do get what you pay for. The room was dirty, no toilet paper, hair dryer had been pulled from the wall and placed on the counter. Filthy sofa, bad smell, no tv remote, broken iron, and one of the sliding glass doors was missing from the closet. I was placed in a smoking room by error and requested a different room, but was told there were no non-smoking rooms available. However, the parking lot was almost empty, there must been have a better room somewhere on the property. Dirty Q-Tip found on the bathroom floor was utterly disgusting. Bypass the savings and go somewhere else. This is listed as a 3 Star Hotel but please don't believe that, this might be half of 1 star. You've been warned!!!

This was my 1st time staying at a Mainstay and I chose it because the rates were very reasonable for my budget. The people were very helpful, the motel was in a great area,and it was definately clean. Rooms were spacious with full refrigerators, lots of nearby shopping and restaurants.It had a 3 piece exercise room and laundry facilities. I was there for a family reunion and I suggested at our family meeting that we reserve the Mainstay for next year's reunion. I was actually impressed with staying there.

I stayed at this place last month and i was quite impressed. Quite a lot of ammenities at such affordable rate. And they allow pets too, although for a small fee, but its worth it. The staff were just great and i had a great time staying there. I'm sure next time i'm in texas i'll definitely stay there.

price is right and next to cvery good hotel, excellent customer service. Stayed here several times. Never disappointed. Glad to find this hotel. Very nice & clean Rooms. This hotel is on the perfect location & located near to all major restaurant & shopping mall. Just 3 miles from the DFW & 10 miles from Dallas Downtown. owboy stadeam
