Embassy Suites Cleveland - Rockside, Independence

I have been on an extended stay and have been made to feel right at home. It is a comfortable hotel with a wonderful staff. The two complaints I have is that there is no sleep timer on the TV and the maid staff could use improvement. There were a couple of times I got back to the room at 4:00 PM and the room hadn't even been touched yet. Thursdays especially seem to be problems when my trash may not be emptied and the room looks like only the bed has been made and the soiled towels taken out. Since I am alone, there are more than enough clean towels. Also there have been a couple of "hockey" weekends where the hotel is over run by young hockey players. I understand it is difficult to keep them in tow but a quiet time should be around 10:30 or so. I cannot compliment the staff enough. They go out of their way to make the guests comfortable. The room is comfortable and the hotel is very easy to get to.
