no compaints except the internet provider. They have a network provider called secureisland.net which you have to log in thru. If you have a playstation 3 and want to play online games, forget about it, they don't have the ability to let your playstation communicate correctly with its NAT type. $300/week + and you can't even use the most common game console to play games. LAME!!!

we recently stayed at the crestwood suites for my brothers graudation from the academy and the staff and overall hotel was pretty clean and nice...the biggest complaint i could say was i have never sleep so uncomfortable in my life.. but like i said it was a great price might consider staying there only if it were for a night or two.

I THOUGHT THIS PLACE WAS GREAT. I LOVE IT YOU HAVE A WALKING PATH BEHIND THE MOTEL AND THAT YOU CAN HEAR THE TRAIN COMING BY ALL NIGHT AND CAN SLEEP WITH WINDOWS OPEN. LIKED IT BECAUSE YOU CAN FIX SOME OF YOUR MEALS RIGHT IN YOUR ROOM. IF YOU DON'T WAS TO GO OUT. LOVED THE SUNSETS FROM OUR ROOM. I WILL BE BACK IN THE FALL.

This was the most miserable stay that I ever had at a hotel, the rooms were small and cramped. I was assigned to a room that was so tiny that I had to upgrade to a larger room just to be remotely comfortable. The staff was not friendly at all and I called about 2 1/2 week before my arrival to request to have a room on the 3rd floor, to avoid any possible noise over our heads; I was in 2 seperate room and neither were on the 3 rd floor. This hotel room walls are so thin that you can hear everything and I do mean everything..........The people that were in the room above us gave us a wake up call every morning at 5:00 a.m. by banging, dropping things and stomping on the floor. Oh, did I mention that we were on vacation and even when I work 5 days a week I never get up at 5:00 a.m. Also there were dogs everywhere, in the elevators, outside...everywhere. it was horrible. Finally I will say that if you think that you are getting a good deal by the cheap prices that they offer, remember the the old saying that "you get what you pay for" and it would be worth it to spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else, TAKE MY ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is a great value! You get a lot for what you pay eventhough it may not be the fanciest hotel out there. The rooms are very clean and come with a full service kitchen. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definatly stay here again!

I liked the kitchen and the free wireless. The beds weren't the greatest but not the worst I've had either. The location was great too.

We booked a NON SMOKING room in MAY for our trip to Colorado in JULY. When we arrived at 7 pm they told us they overbooked and all they had to offer us was a smoking room. The room was clean but smelled of smoke and we smelled of smoked after staying there. If we had gotten our NON SMOKING room I would have given this a better rating!

Crestwood Suites- Co Springs My family and I just spend 5 nights at this hotel and we were extremely happy with the service- the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; the price ($300 total for 5 nights in a suite); and everything else. The beds were good, the kitchens great, etc. We definitely plan to stay there next time we're in town. Highly recommended.

the rooms were very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed to make meals in the room. Central to everything needed and all tourist attractions. Will most definitetly return. Cant beet the price

We made a reservation for a non-smoking room weeks ahead of time, and confirmed it 2 weeks before our arrival. When we got there they said only smoking rooms were available. Staff did not even apologize. I have allergies to smoke, and felt sick being in the room. We were in a room with a noisy fridge, dirty/burned carpet and chair, bad smoke smell, dirty shower curtain...we felt miserable. We could not get another place on short notice--it was a busy weekend. There are LOTS of nice places around the Springs. Pick another, even if you have to pay a little more; it is a waste of good money. They also don�t offer any Internet access. I will never stay at a Hearthside again!
