Beware... Repainting and Much More!
I stayed one night, 14/15 July 06, at the Bryant Comfort Inn and Suites #1501653. Until appox mid night, it sounded like cattle being herded in the suite above my
room, there were numerous marks on the walls... everywhere, about 1/4 of the TV stations were fuzzy, the drain in the shower was partially blocked making it necessary to stand in ankle deep water when showering, a table lamp was broken with exposed electrical wires at the bulb area, stains on the box springs, paint peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom, stained and worn towels, cracked bath tub, and finally biscuits and gravy for breakfast that tuned my stomach after one bite!
I did attempt to contact the front desk at approximately 11:30PM; however, after about 10 rings I was cut off. In the morning, I contacted the hotel manager with the list of my complaints and explained that I would like a refund based on the hotel's Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. The manager claimed that my room was in the process of being repainted and that I should have called the desk to try another room. I was also informed that it was company policy that the refund was not within her power and that it had to be given at the approval of the General Manager.
