Comfort Inn West, Gainesville

I would highly recommend this hotel. The rates are very reasonable for the quality of this motel. It is close to many things of interest, everything was always nice and clean. The pillows are quite awesome to sleep on. The staff was excellent, great customer service, they are very attentive to their clientelle's needs. I sat in the lobby one night and just observed the young man at the registration desk, customer service used to be my field also only in health insurance. The young man was doing a great job. My kudo's especially go to the lady who handles the breakfast area. She is such a delight and has no reservations in helping. The area was always very neat and tidy, Yum those waffles and cream cheese. The pool was great also, heated just enough to where you did not want to get out. The only thing I have a suggestion on is to check the TV remotes, the one in our room needed some major help. I will stay there again on next high school reunion

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. A bit off the beaten path for the university, and bar scene but there is a bus stop right outside.

The staff there was extremely helpful and courteous. They attended to my every need, even during late hours. The breakfast in the morning was also very good and the lady working the breakfast area was very friendly.
