When we got there we went to our room, we went to open the refrigerator to put some drinks in, it was nasty had sticky pink stuff in it. Walked in the bathroom, there was hair in the tub! The next morning my 6 year old son got up he was itching all over I raised his shirt up he had little bites all over his back, I checked his legs there were bites all over him. I went to the front desk a manager named Mike was working, I showed him my little boys back and legs, he acted like he didn't care. He was very rude! I asked for a refund, he told me it wasn't his problem I wasn't getting a refund. I went back upstairs pulled the covers back off the bed there were tiny white bugs every where, I then pulled the mattress off and it was covered with those bugs!! I was furious, I went back down stairs and told the manager, like I said he was so nasty! He told me to leave and to never come back. I took my son to the doctor, he said my son got bit by bed bugs!!!! Please don't ever go there, that is the diriest motel I have ever saw!!! Unless you want bed bugs to bite!!!!

Our Veterans group met for our annual get together at this hotel and at the conference center next door. When we booked the ENTIRE hotel we were told there was a complimentary continental breakfast. Normally there is but they stopped during our stay. Also the swimming pool was closed during our event and reopened afterward. The employees were friendly and efficient and the rooms were clean. But the management showed disrespect at a level not witnessed by this veteran since the 1970's. Jane Fonda would love this place! Also, the shower curtain attacked and clung during the entire shower.

What a WONDERFUL place! We made reservations online. The front desk checked us in quickly. They had a NS 2Q room as we requested. The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. The clean and well-maintained pool had lots of towels on hand. When I needed to find a nearby store, the front desk gave me good directions. We enjoyed an excellent night's sleep on the comfortable beds. The breakfast offered was amazing! Oatmeal, boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, juice, delicious coffee, yogurt, cereal, bagels... really good stuff. One of the best hotels for the money I have ever stayed in. Too bad the chain is inconsistent. The facility at Columbus-North was terrible.
