Best Western Texan Inn, Beeville

At first glance the place is wonderful! The front desk staff, housekeepers, and breakfast personal are great! BUT there are rodents; mice, roaches, spiders, snakes, and ants. I know it is near a field but come on get pest control! The beds are worn, and the towels are brown and yellow from SO much use! We are paying $100.00 a night; I believe you can afford new things! The manager is a little off beat..... She had hit the front desk girl when we were checking in, and then chuckled. You could tell the girl was upset with what had just happened, the manager said they were having a 'goofy' day! She is so young; I believe she has not outgrown her goofiness. When we had gone out for lunch she was flirting with someone at the desk, very unprofessional! If they were to get a new manager I would go back! As I had said at the beginning, the other staff was wonderful!

What is your rules for your stuff. they alowed the sleep with the guest like kate did but then one of the ladys that work at the front desk did the something she was going to frier her why is the rules not the some for her.

i stay at the best western in beeville for a long time and all i would hear the manger a the head housekeeper yelling the the housekeeper and maintence they had a very good stuff until that new supervision. Come the rooms look good and clean. The housekeepers keeper the rooms looking good.But now they take to long in the rooms because the new supervision does nothing to help them in the room all she does is boss them around. I do not think she is a good supervision. I stay at a lot of hotels and the all the head housekeepers head the rooms to clean to.The front lady are very cool people but the manager is not she very mad to her stuff.

I've been trying to get a room for the weekend Oct. 20-21 for MS150 bike to the beach, but Katy, the manager of Best Western will only put you on a list and then make you wait until September (month before Ms150 bike to the beach) to let you know if you have reservation or not, which I think is PATHETIC!!! I do not understand why she can't take reservation a couple months in advance like most hotels do. I know all the other hotels in Beeville will take reservations even a year in advance. So if you are looking for a room in Beeville- I would look somewhere else!!! Best Western Texan Inn service STINKS!!!

I made a reservation six months in advance for opening Dove hunting weekend. At that time was not told that you MUST stay all three nights reserved, or you lose your entire reservation. The day before my arrival, they called me and said you must stay all three days, or no room. I had something come up important, and was not able to stay all three nights, only two. Plus they require full payment before I actually got there. Last time I stay at this motel. The motel is booked for the weekend, so I have no place else to go. Now I'm stuck having to pay an extra night where I won't even be there.
