Oxford Suites Spokane Valley, Spokane Valley

I made reservations for four adults. When I checked in they gave us a room with one king bed. When I expained we needed two beds I was told that yes, my reservation was 4 adults but it was the only room they had for us. There was no offer to call another hotel or an explanation as to how they thought the four of us could sleep in a king bed. It was a busy labor day weekend and I'm guessing they overbooked the hotel. I will definately be staying somwhere else on my next trip to Spokane.

Awesome service, great rooms, highly recommend the balcony suites, they have a great view of downtown and the river. The facilities have no equal downtown, the pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room are heaven. I take my wife to this hotel for a weekend downtown and it is very romantic and a perfect weekend get away! The rooms are great very spacious and clean, the beds are incrediable. My number one hotel pick and I've stayed at them all downtown.

The morning breakfast is a full meal, not just a continental breakfast. Each day they had meat, Potatoes, Eggs (scrambled), Pancakes or waffles, fruit, 3 fruit juices, and more. The service people are wonderful and Extremely friendly. They had no problems going out of their way to help everyone. In the evening they have a small receiption down where they have breakfast. The Hot Tub, Pool, Steam Room, and Sauna are great for relaxing in the evening. Being right across the street from the mall is a great location as well. Ethernet and power surge protector in the room was a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable. Not too soft, just nice and firm. Good quality coffee in the room. I am recomending this to all of my co-workers.
