The managers were really cool. They brought a six pack to my room and we partied.

NO amenities- NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER ! Gross & dirty & Unsafe!!

They only come once a week to "make up" your room. But they no longer even give you new "rags" they call towels. They say you have to wash them on your own (and you should, they have pubic hairs & stains on them). They also will not give you a 2nd roll of toilet paper or soap. (You have to go to a store & buy more. Basically, it is an apartment with a bed in it. YOU PROVIDE EVERYTHING. And it's very very dirty. They don't vaccuum or mop or clean the walls.

Would never stay here again!

The room was dirty and had a terrible smell. When I complained, I was told there was nothing they could do. They refused to refund my payment (I paid in advance by credit card) and the manager acted as if he didn't even care. After 2 days, I left and paid for a room at another hotel nearby even though I lost the money on this one, I couldn't stand to stay here any longer with the dirt and smell. Horrible!

No Respect

The InTown Suites chain has some franchise-wide policies (this location included) which are VERY disrespectful to their guests. First, they do NOT provide non-smoking rooms; if you're going to stay there, ask to sniff the room before you sign. Second, you are not allowed to open the window or raise the window blinds; if you don't notice this obscure rule, their "window police" come knocking! I don't appreciate being treated in this fashion. Now that they have merged with Suburban Lodges, I hope InTown improves instead of dragging Suburban down to their level.
