horrible service--clean rooms

The only good thing--The room was clean and well furnished.
The people at the front desk do not care at all about anything. First they only had our reservation for one night when we had booked two nights. It was fine and we were able to keep our room but they failed to tell us to come and get new keys because they stopped working first thing in the morning of the second day. Then the keys also stopped working the morning of our last day at 9:00am although check out time is not until noon. We continued to be charged for the room on our credit card even though we physically checked out of the hotel two days before at the front desk.
Additionally, there is a beautiful patio overlooking the Kansas River in the back of the hotel, but the glass is filthy and the benches are too so you can't sit down and enjoy the view.
