This property has gone downhill...

The rooms are still clean and furnished okay, but the air conditioning unit (under the window) is so loud sleeping is impossible and listening to TV wihout it blaring is also impossible. There is a thermostat on the wall, but the unit is obviously set on "full blast fan" and there's no way to turn it down. And, just forget about setting the thermostat on automatic...the off and on will guarantee no sleeping at all. The rates are more than they should be for these reasons alone, but this property probably doesn't care since it is located in a business complex and doesn't have to worry about customers. The front desk staff runs warm and cool; there are times when they don't even acknowledge you. Not good customer service. Breakfast buffet shouldn't be broken down when people are still eating without perhaps telling customers first.

Beware : Wedding reception headaches ...

Did not reserve the rooms requested months in advance, outrageously expensive brunch was missing part of the order, staff started tearing down the room with guests still in it, personal (wedding) items missing from the bride and grooms table, etc. Worst of all, they made no attempt to accept responsibility for anything left out or undone and didn't adjust the bill accordingly. Very disorganized management. The wait staff and bartender, however, were very friendly and did a great job! I would be very wary of having your wedding here unless you have made other overnight arrangements for your out-of-town guests.
