Jefferson Clinton Hotel, Syracuse

Free valet parking was the first thing we noticed upon arrival. The experience went up from there- EVERY staff person we encountered was helpful and friendly. This is a direct testament to a well managed establishment. I travel...a LOT and I'm very discerning and will raise cain in a New York minute if I am not happy. Our experience with the Jefferson Clinton was wonderful. I'm actually trying to figure ways my business will bring me BACK to Syracuse so I can stay here again. BTW- they include a rubber ducky for the best bathing experience! (insider hint- become a fan on FaceBook to get the best rates!)

We always stayed there during blues fest...beautiful place, great service and location, yummy breakfast. BUT, they have raised their rates ALOT since changing management (now Jefferson Clinton) Alas, now it's way too pricey, even splitting it 4 ways. I'll be really disappointed this summer when we have to stay somewhere else....

I was part of a large group of women who travelled to Syracuse to shop. We were so pleased with the cleanliness and rooms. The people on staff were so accommodating and helpful. They enjoyed our company in the lobby and joined in on our fun as we scrambled with our shopping bags and luggage. With comfortabl beds and friendly staff, who could ask for anything more? Thank you, I hope to return with my family!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Hawthorn suites in Syracuse on and off for almost 2 years. As a corporate pilot I travel for a living and found the Hawthorn to be my favorite hotel (anywhere). The people are very friendly and will see to it that your stay is perfect. The hotel is very comfortable and is located in the heart of the "old town" district. There is always something to see or do within walking distance, not to mention about 20 different eating places. Thanks again Hawthorn. - Rob
