Hampton Inn Eugene, Eugene

This hotel was amazing. It was relaxing and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the beds are sooo comfortable. I wont stay anywhere but the Hampton Inn when I visit Eugene.

Great greeting from the time you walk in. Not stuffy very relaxed atmosphere. The staff laughs, and jokes with you, they are very organized, with maps directions, computer use , and directions. The hotels is clean, new feel, kept up exellent. the rooms are good size with great beds, white duvet covers. I enjoy my stay here on a regular basis, business or family jaunts. Better feel than most hotels, this place and staff have a personality.

the hampton Inn,provides everything a traveler would need,great staff,,, good hot btrakfast, warm cuddly bedding. Free internet service,cleanliness, with a touch of class, ii would stay here again, and again

I would like to thank the management of this hotel, we stayed in a group from college. they treated us so repectfully, the reason. I want to tell everyone how great they are most hotels, treat us badly. We did sign a contract, . But they were awesome great breakfast, the girl at breafast and the blond manager were awesome to us . We woke up late and the manager pulled out breakfast pastried, juoice and bagels at 12pm, 2 hours after breakfast closed

Stayed here one night in August, 2006. The hotel was very clean and modern. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He also directed me to the best pizza delivery place to call, and I was not let down. Like all Hampton Inns, there was free high speed internet in the room and in the lobby as well. The free breakfast is great, or the "on the go" bag can be picked up at the front desk if you don't have time to sit down and eat. For those coming or going on Amtrak, the Eugene train station is only a 5 minute cab ride away. The Hilton Hotel is within walking distance of the Eugene train station, but I think the Hampton is nicer and a better value. I would definitely stay here again!

Sorry to say, but, I stayed at this hotel. I had a minor problem to report to management. I asked to speak with the manager and when she spoke with me, she was very Rude. She basically told me if I wasn't happy I should leave!! As for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?? Its false asvertisement at this particular hotel. I will not stay at this establishment ever again!!

I feel that this hotel is not the best place to stay. There's only one person who's doing everything. THe front desk operator is the receptionist, the housekeeping and the security. Nothing can be done right! A roll away bed has been requested during check in time at around 3:00 pm and by 9:00 pm nothing has been done! Reason given- BEEN BUSY CHECKING IN HOTEL GUEST!THe hotel is charging $229.00 for a 2 bedroom King Suite and in comparison to other hotel, it's not that cheap! Why can't they not afford to hire more personnel??? Location of the hotel is bad! It has an unpleasant smell apparently drifting from the wood recycling close by the hotel...GROUSE!!!!! Stay at your own risk! I say, there are more hotel available with better services!

The Hampton was spotlessly clean-- seriously- the carpets, the bathrooms, everything was crisp, clean, and showed obvious care. It is located on W 11th Ave (one of the busiest streets in Eugene) which is both a blessing and a curse. It is near just about every convenience, but traffic is often heavy. The hotel sits back though, so it is QUIET which is nice. Huge complimentary breakfast, free USA today, magazines, comfy lobby, 24 hour coffee, friendly staff. Ice, soda, chips on only 2 floors though, not all floors. Conference room and pool (didn't use) lots of parking, no view really (creek and industrial lot behind the hotel), HBO and shampoo type amenities, NON INTRUSIVE staff, which was appreciated. Sturdy huge beds, very comfy. A Tad spendy for my poor pocketbook but not out of line with what everyone else is charging these days. Overall very good. Internet in all rooms and downstairs.

I do not have any complaints. My visit here was great. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was outstanding. My room was very nice. The heated indoor pol was very comfortable and the full breakfast buffet was delicious. I will definately stay at the Hampton Inn everytime I come to Eugene.
