this is an awful place for families or single women traveling you have to park two blocks away and underground in a dark parking lot also the rooms are the size of a closet and a fire hazard do not stay here also know why each floor has locks on them. due to the people outside this place are drug users hobos and all a round awful.

NOISE!!!!! Dirty!!! Stains !!!! imgine the bed spread.... I was desperate ...I was on 20hrs no sleep had to crash. what a dump Had to walk to another location to park car in a dirty dusty underground parking where the recepintist told me to wiggle the key to make it work...

I made a telephone reservation in April 2010 for a two week trip in October 2010. It was only when I got the confirmation e-mail the next day that the no refund, no cancellation policy was revealed, and they had already charged my card without my consent. I have been protesting this charge in writing since April; my most recent letter was to the Ontario Restaurant Hotel and Motel Association, 2600 Skymark Avenue, Ste. 8-201, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, L4W 5B2. This is the regulating government agency for hotels, motels, and restaurants in the province of Ontario. If you've had a bad experience with this property, be it with reservations or actually staying there, I encourage you to write your own complaint letter to ORHMA. The HoJo picked the wrong American to mess with!

We had a booked a room but something came up that we had to cancel. We tried cancelling a week before the date and they wouldn't let us and had already taken the $$$ from the credit card. We tried calling and emailing and the answere was always no to cancel. What kind of hotel does that...never book with them again!!!!!!

I didn't like the service. They could not confirm reservation done on hotels.com. Staff didn't return calls for assistance. I had ants coming into my room via air conditioner and conditioner had old insulation around it which was not properly installed. The walls were badly stained and very bad odour of smoke in the unit. They also later informed us after a move to another room that the room hadn't been rented in a long time but later rented out the next night to other guests.

My wife and I booked this place having stayed at another days Inn just the previous week. That place was fine and it was hard to believe that there could be such a difference in standards withing the same group. This place has a smell of stale frying as soon as you enter. The whole building and furnishings are ready for a full gutting and rebuild. The rooms are so small that it is difficult to imagine how they got the beds in, certainly there was no way that a space could have been left at each side of the bed. The situation is right on a busy road junction with 24 hour trams and the noise that goes with it. The breakfast is a meager unattractive offering and we choose to eat elsewhere. The coffee in the room was ok but was spoilt by having to drink it from a plastic disposably cup. We will never use a Days Inn again.

the " hotel" looks like last chance for die.Rooms are very small and extremly dirty.Please dont take breakfast because the dinning room are "winner of dirtyniest" on the world. I will never take again any of those hotel chain.( on internet look so nice - but reality are complitely differents)

Their Website is very deceptive -- photo of property is not at all what the dump really looks like - it is extemely doctored up. They claim to have parking a block away, but once you check in you learn it is really 2 blocks away.

The building looked like it have never been cleaned on the outside. It was very grimey. The front entrance and hallway carpets smelled and should be replaced. The room itself is very small with just enough room for the furniture. The heat poured in my room but my colleauge across the hall froze. The street cars noise is very loud with a squeeling as they turned north on Roncesvalles. The parking is in an apartment underground over lot a block away. There is nothing special about this place and we only took it because everywhere else was full.

We stayed at Days Inn wilson St, Near the 400 hwy, the room stunk so bad with air freshner from previous smokers even though we smoked we had to leave the door open & heat on, toilet had bad wax seal & leaked severely, furniture old & dungy, 1 bed broken as had been crushed or something. The Sunday breakfast was over at 10:30 so at 10:15 was old & cold. We mention some things to front desk on leaving & they shrug their shoulders as if they never heard us. Still got charged full rate of 119.00 not worth anything near that, felt like camping out & roughing it.
